Jeff Dorman – Managing Director

Jeff has worked in estate agency in Exeter and the surrounding area since 1993 and founded Dormans Estate Agents in October 2002. The company has grown rapidly since this time, providing a first class service for buying, selling and letting property in the local area and gaining a reputation for excellent service and honest advice. Jeff is fully involved in the day to day running of the company and is based in the sales office in Pinhoe.

Alexandra Dorman - Director

Alexandra began her estate agency career in 1984 and has gained an excellent reputation within the industry. Living locally in the village of Broadclyst, Alexandra has a wealth of experience, having successfully managed both corporate and independent estate agencies. In addition to running the busy residential sales office in Pinhoe, Alexandra is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, providing Energy Performance Certificates for both residential sales and letting properties.

Martyn Dorman – Lettings Manager

Martyn has a comprehensive knowledge of the residential lettings market, including property maintenance and management. Dormans Lettings have been established since 2002 and grown rapidly in this time,  providing landlords and tenants with a bespoke personal service with many new clients introduced via recommendation.

Joanne Field - Lettings Co-ordinator

Joanne began her career in estate agency in West Somerset after leaving college in 1990. Since moving to Exeter in the early 1990’s Joanne has worked for both independent and corporate estate agents before joining Dormans in 2003. Living locally in Pinhoe for a number of years, Joanne has acquired a comprehensive local knowledge and has a wealth of experience in the local property market.

Peter Atkin – Mortgage Consultant

Peter has lived in Exeter since 1996 and has over 28 years experience of the mortgage market, having worked for The Woolwich and Barclays PLC in various senior management positions. He is now able to offer his expertise as an Independent Mortgage Consultant.
